Kenny Florian is suffering from a serious back injury that may end his career.

Kenny Florian is suffering from a serious lower back injury that could prevent him from fighting again, he announced during a recent interview with the Boston Herald.

The 35-year-old Peruvian, American featherweight contender has been diagnosed with a ‘herniated disc in his lower back’, an injury he sustained on November, from one of his weight training activities.

UFC debuts in Sweden, features Alexander Gustafsson vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira as the main event.

UFC has released the fight card for the upcoming UFC on Fuel TV 2 event that will take place in Stockholm and it will feature Sweden’s very own Alexander Gustafsson and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira as the headliner.

“Sweden has been on our radar for a long time and on April 14, we’re excited to finally bring the UFC to Stockholm,” said UFC president Dana White. “We’re putting together a great card for the Swedish fans. I can’t wait to get there in April!” He adds.

Rivals Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber named as coaches of The Ultimate Fighter Season 15

Shortly after the end of its 14th season, the long-running mixed martial arts reality show, The Ultimate Fighter has already named bantamweight rivals Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber as the next coaches for the upcoming season 15.

Cruz who defeated his biggest rival Urijah last July via unanimous decision is now the UFC bantamweight champion while the latter still remains as a top contender.
“To get a chance to coach TUF and beat Faber again is all the motivation I need. This is going to be an insane season of The Ultimate Fighter.” Cruz said in a recent press release.
