Fertitta, White and Paes will make the announcement on December 15, at the Mayor’s official residence in Palacio de Cidade. Also in attendance are UFC Champions Anderson Silva, Mauricio Rua and Jose Aldo. Middleweight contender, Vitor Belfort, and MMA legend, Royce Gracie, will be present as well.
