Good news! The Ultimate Fighter 12 fighters who underwent drug examination last month all came out clean and drug-free. The Nevada State Athletic Commission confirmed yesterday the news.

All the TUF 12 Finale fighters who underwent drug testing earlier this month came out clean. The Nevada State Athletic Commission Executive Director Keith Kizer confirmed yesterday the result.

The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale took place last Dec. 4 at The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort and aired on Spike TV with a “TUF 12″ tournament finale between Jonathan Brookins and Michael Johnson.

The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale concluded last week at The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas which garnered as large audience participation and $380K live gate.Since the time it started, TUF has always been a success to UFC. Now, people can't wait for the TUF 13 on March 2011.

The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale concluded last Dec. 4 at The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, and the night’s main card aired on Spike TV.

UFC officials initially estimated 1,622 attendance and had the live-gate figure of $380,025 on the dot. Out of the 1,903 attendees, 1,178 purchased tickets, and 725 received complimentary tickets (239 went unsold). The average paid-ticket price was $322.

The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale Medical Suspensions

TUF 12 Finale had a series of good fights, but with good fights surely there are injuries and scars left. Luckily, only seven fighters were suspended due to medical reasons and nothing serious took place. Below is the list of the injured fighters and their injuries.

The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale gave out a fair share of fights, but surely there’s still a couple of fighters that will undergo into an unfortunate medical suspension. But unlike other fights, this time there are only just seven fighters that will suffer the suspension. Nothing too serious though two of them, Jonathan Brookins and Ian Loveland, could be out for up to six months. The list of medical suspended fighters came from Nevada State Athletic Commission.

The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale took place this past Saturday at The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas and on Spike TV.

Brookins was issued his medical suspension despite the fact that he claimed the “TUF 12″ crown with a decision win over fellow finalist Michael Johnson. Brookins needs to have his left foot X-rayed before he’s cleared. If the foot is indeed fractured, Brookins must be cleared by an orthopedic doctor or remain outside the cage until June 3, 2011

Demian Maia Leads the $398,000 TUF 12 Finale Payroll

The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale Fighters went home with a pocket full of worked for dollars that they definitely deserve. TUF 12 Finale disclosed that they gave out $398,000 payroll to their fighters as TUF 12 concluded. Leading the hundred dollars line is top contender Demian Maia.

The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale event concluded with the blast and dollar sign. UFC middleweight contender Demian Maia was named top earner on last Saturday’s event with $80,000 on his pocket.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission today unveiled the total salary payroll of the fighters. The total disclosed payroll for the Dec. 4 show was $398,000.

Other top earners from the evening include winners Stephan Bonnar ($62,000), Leonard Garcia ($32,000) and Rick Story ($26,000), as well as main-card losers Kendall Grove ($28,000) and Johny Hendrickcs ($22,000).

Cody McKenzie vs Aaron Wilkinson Slated for TUF 12 Finale

This Saturday concludes the finale of The Ultimate Fighter 12. It can now be determined who got the excellent coaching ability: Is it UFC Champion Georges St. Pierre or top contender Josh Koscheck? This Saturday fight features Cody McKenzie vs Aaron Wilkinson who both carry an undisputed record.

This Saturday’s “The Ultimate Fighter 12,” will feature quarterfinalists which include from Team Georges St. Pierre, Cody McKenzie (11-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) and from Team Josh Koscheck, Aaron Wilkinson (6-3 MMA, 0-0 UFC). The quarterfinalists will be meeting on the show’s live finale this weekend.

The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale will take place at The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, and the night’s main card airs on Spike TV.

McKezie, who represent Team GSP, scored with submission wins over Amir Khillah and Team Koscheck hand-picked, Marc Stevens to advance to the quarterfinals. Nevertheless, he fell short in that round when semifinalist Nam Phan stopped him with a few good strikes in the second round.

Story and Hendricks Official for TUF 12 Finale

As expected by everyone, Rick Story and Johny Hendricks will meet on The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale. The event will take place on December and will be aired on Spike TV.

A welterweight bout between contenders Rick Story (11-3 MMA, 4-1 UFC) and Johny Hendricks (9-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC) will be part of The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale in December.

The fight is expected to take part on the Spike TV-televised event.

TUF 12 Finale which concludes the current season of UFC’s long running reality series. It will take place on December 4 at the The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. It’s not only the awarding of TUF 12 champ but it will also feature a headliner fight between Stephan Bonnar and Igor Pokrajac.

Tickets for The Ultimate Fighter 12 are Now On Sale

The much awaited TUF 12 is now handing out tickets to the general public. The on-sale will be this Friday while for the Fight Club members, their pre-sale starts Thursday.

Good News! The tickets for The Ultimate Fighter 12 is now on sale this week. The event will take place on December 4 at the The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, and the night’s main card airs on Spike TV. Aside from revealing who deserves the TUF 12 award, the event also features light heavyweights Stephan Bonnar vs. Igor Pokrajac and middleweights Demian Maia vs. Kendall Grove.

Tickets will be on sale to general public this Friday, Oct. 8, at 3 p.m. ET (noon PT). A pre-sale period will begin Thursday at 1 p.m. ET for members of the UFC Fight Club.

The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale is the second-to-last event of the year for the UFC and 2010’s final Spike TV show. It will go face to face with “Strikeforce: Henderson vs. Babalu,” a Showtime-televised event that will take place at St. Louis’ Scottrade Center with a Dan Henderson vs. Renato “Babalu” Sobral main event.

“The Ultimate Fighter 12″ Scores 1.7 million Viewers

TUF scored more than one million viewers on just its second episode.

The second episode of “The Ultimate Fighter 12: Team GSP vs. Team Koscheck” became a hit, scoring 1.2 household rating and 1.7 million viewers.

Typical with most of the aired episodes of TUF, the final quarter-hour of the episode earns the highest figure with a 1.39 rating.

TUF 12 which regularly airs during Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT, features welterweight champ Georges St-Pierre and Josh Koscheck as coaches overseeing 28 lightweight fighters. Episode no. 2 features the colorful Alex “Bruce Leroy” Caceres of Team GSP defeat Jeff Lentz of Team Koscheck in a come-from-behind submission win.

The Ultimate Fighter is now official and will air live on December 4 in Las Vegas. The much-anticipated event is now getting bigger and better.

As expected by many, the debut of the 12th season of “The Ultimate Fighter” will be on December 4 with a traditional live finale. The Nevada State Athletic Commission approved the date and location just recently. TUF 12 Finale will take place on The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, and the main card airs on Spike TV.

TUF 12, a lightweight-only season will feature 28 fighters in a 32 slot tourney, with UFC welterweight Georges St. Pierre and top contender Josh Koscheck as coaches. The show will debut on Wednesday with a live broadcast of UFC Fight Night 22.
