"It's time to move on and focus on all the other amazing things going on in my life." ---Randy Couture
Ultimate Fighting Championship’s Hall of Famer Randy Couture shocked the world last Tuesday evening when he suddenly announced that he is quitting on his MMA career of 13 years, with 29 fights and two titles.
“I think I’m at the end of it y’all,” Couture tweeted last Tuesday on his Twitter account wherein he has more than 70,000 followers. “It’s time.”

But he will definitely make more movies, and he is in fact started shooting for the sequel of The Expendables. And though Couture already said that he welcomes another fight, if something worth it is coming, he’s no longer up for a title match.Read the rest of the article »
Couture speaks about his transition from being a fighter to movie screen actor.
Sylvester Stallone mentioned in his recent interview with David Letterman that none of the guys (Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dolph Lundgren, Jet Li, Stone Cold Steve Austin) of The Expendables can hold a candle to Randy Couture. Does this show how tough Couture can be that even somebody like Stallone can say those words?
To clear things out, Couture sat down with MMAFighting.com to talk about his new Hollywood title, his learning from filming the movie and what to look forward to his career. Read excerpts of the interview below:Read the rest of the article »
