Following UFC's tradition of airing prelim matches on Facebook, four of UFC 132's undercard bouts will be broadcast the promotion official Facebook Page.
UFC, once again, gives their fans free fights to watch on their official Facebook page. Four fights from the UFC 132 card is now scheduled to air on Facebook on Saturday night. Starting 6pm ET/ 3pm PT on Saturday, preliminary matches will be aired on Facebook, which is the only place where fans could watch the prelim of UFC’s event. While the rest of the show including the main event will be on pay-per-view.
The four fights that will air on Facebook includes matches between Brian Bowles vs Takeya Mizugaki, Aaron Simpson vs. Brad Tavares, Anthony Njokuani vs. Andre Winner and Jeff Hougland vs. Donny Walker.
UFC 132 is the latest event that will be air on Facebook, following the UFC’s tradition of broadcasting every fight on a card between multiple multimedia outlet. After the prelim ends, the broadcast will shift on Spike TV where fans could watch the main card.View Article Source »
UFC will be giving fight fans several bouts that can be watch for free, this includes UFC on Versus 4 that will be broadcasting its preliminary matches on the UFC's official Facebook page video streaming.
The UFC continues to give their avid fans free video streaming of their upcoming fights. The latest would be UFC on Versus 4, where all the preliminary fights will be aired on Facebook this Sunday night from Pittsburgh. KO Reps confirmed the news last Monday, as they have six fighters on the UFC on Versus 4 card — including four on the preliminary broadcast.
The matches that will be aired for free on Facebook will include Manny Gamburyan vs Tyson Griffin, Javier Vazquez vs Joe Stevenson, Curt Warburton vs Joe Lauzon, Rich Attonito vs Daniel Roberts, T.J. Grant vs Charlie Brenneman, Charles Oliveira vs Nik Lentz, Matt Grice vs Ricardo Lamas and Edward Faaloloto vs Michael Johnson.
To watch the live streaming of the fights, just go to the official Facebook page of UFC and click the ‘like’ button. After liking the page, it will enable you to click on the live video feed. UFC Prelims is making a comeback, as Spike TV will feature two preliminary bouts of UFC 128: Shogun vs Jones.
It’s confirmed! Spike TV will return to featuring its UFC Prelims program. They will telecast undercard bouts from UFC 128: Shogun vs Jones live. The one hour program will feature a light heavyweight fight between Luis Cane and Eliot Marshall. The lightweight battle pitting Edson Barboza and Anthony Njokuani is also part of the live telecast.
UFC 128: Shogun vs Jones will take action on March 19 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, and will greenlit a light heavyweight title bout between Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and Jon Jones. A special UFC Prelims is gonna hit the octagon on October 23.
UFC 121 card will give us a “UFC Prelims” special, let’s rejoice. Spike TV confirmed to MMAjunkie today. Officials from the network announced that the special feature is on UFC 121 who features Ryan Jensen vs Court McGee and Patrick Cote vs Tom Lawlor. The fight will take place on October 23 at Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif. Introducing the heavyweight champion brock lesnar and Cain Velasquez.
McGee (10-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) made TUF 11 a fairytale ending when he came back from an early round loss to Nick Ring and defeated James Hammortree and Brad Tavares, earning a spot on the finale. He also submitted fellow fighter Kris McCray and earned the title of “The Ultimate Fighter.”
On the other hand, Jensen (15-6 MMA, 2-4 UFC) was on top during his recent UFC performance when he scored by guillotine-choke victory over Jesse Forbes at UFC 114 to win “Submission of the Night” honors. Beforehand he also had a submission victory over Steve Steinbess.
