Jason Reinhardt vs Tiequan Zhang completed the UFC 127 Fight Card. UFC 127 is up on February 27, Sunday with 12 bouts on its line-up.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship organization apparently will slate 12 fights for its first quarter events. A fight between Jason Reinhardt (20-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) and Tiequan Zhang (12-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) has officially been added to next month’s UFC 127 event, making night’s lineup at an even dozen fights. They will be a part of the event’s untelevised preliminary card.

UFC 127 will take place on February 27, Sunday at Sydney’s Acer Arena in Australia, but with the time difference, its main card airs on pay-per-view on its normal Saturday-night time slot in the U.S.

Prior to this event, Reinhardt and Zhang were initially slated for a bout in September. Unfortunately for Reinhardt, he couldn’t get medical clearance because of vision problems, and Quan instead fought late replacement Pablo Garza.

It has been two years since Reinhardt stepped into the octagon. After being an undefeated fighter in his first 18 professional fights, one day he was slated to meet Joe Lauzon at UFC 78 and was one-and-done with the promotion after a quick submission loss.

After winning over Garza, making the Chinese fighter’s record turn into 12-0, he took Danny Downes at the end promo of WEC 53. Zhang then suffered a unanimous-decision loss, the first in his career.
