Jon Olav Einemo Inks his First UFC Contract

Jon Olav Einemo is surely a fighter to watch out for.
Pride of Abu Dhabi Combat Club’s Jon Olav Einemo is now a resident of the UFC cage. The two-time division champ signed a UFC contract. The news was shared by Einemo’s fight team, Golden Glory.
The Norwegian has not competed on the professional scene since November 2006 due to unfortunate leg infection. However, his last fight went victorious. It garnered a submission win over James Thompson during the “Too Hot To Handle: Pride and Honor.”
Einemo was the first man to defeat ADCC absolute champion, Roger Gracie. In the MMA scene, five out of Einemo’s six professional wins were via first round submission.
