Lightweight Title Bout, Added to BAMMA 7 Fight Card

BAMMA added a lightweight title bout, pitting current champ - Rob Sinclair - against Sengoku vet - Leonardo Santos - for BAMMA 7 on September.
Last Monday, British Association of Mixed Martial Arts announced a trio of fights for the promotion’s BAMMA 7 tournament. The fight card features a lightweight title bout between reigning champ, Rob Sinclair, and Sengoku vet, Leonardo Santos. Also in the card is a lightweight match between TUF 8 winner, Efrain Escudero, and Tim Radcliffe. Moreover, Matt Ewin will square off against Valentino Petrescu at middleweight.
BAMMA’s head of talent, Jude Samuel, said in an official statement:
“This is going to be a very explosive fight,” stated Jude Samuel, BAMMA’s head of talent, in an official release. “Leo is a world-class BJJ fighter, but when he fought Jason Ball, he actually out-boxed a boxer! Rob Sinclair, on the other hand, is one of the most explosive lightweights I’ve ever seen.”
BAMMA 7 will take place on September 10, at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham, England.
