Sad news to all Tim Kennedy and Mayhem Miller fans. Your much awaited Miller vs Kennedy bout for Strikeforce: Columbus has been scrapped from the list.

According to a Strikeforce official, the promotion scrapped the Mayhem Miller vs Tim Kennedy for their Ohio event this coming March. Reason for this change was not given, but spokesperson, Mike Afromiwitz, pointed out that the match-up has never been signed in the first place. And albeit Ohio was expected to get the rubber match, the fighters will be shifted to other bouts.

Tentatively dubbed as “Strikeforce: Columbus”, the March 5 event will take place at the Nationwide Arena as part of the promotion’s Ohio debut. The event will headline a light heavyweight fight between Dan Henderson and Rafael “Feijao” Cavalcante, that will air live on Showtime.

What other match-ups would you like to see at Strikeforce: Columbus? Maybe Strikeforce is listening, so let your requests be known by leaving a comment.
