“It’s time to move on and focus on all the other amazing things going on in my life,” he added on his Facebook account.
But this statement is premature, according to his lawyer and representative, Sam Spira.

In an MMAFighting.com chat, he wielded remarks that are way barbaric to be unbelievable, yet too loud to be laudable.
“If Randy tries to grab me I’ll hit him so hard his grandparents will feel it,” Toney said, despite odd makers giving him little chance of putting it up over Couture in a three-round heavyweight fight. He kept mentioning he is going to hurt his opponent big time and belittled Couture’s striking ability. It seems that Toney is determined to get somebody hurt in the ring comes his UFC 118 fight.
