An interview of Kevin Ferguson, aka Kimbo Slice, before his debut fight on boxing.
Kimbo Slice was originally an Internet sensation who was famous for street fighting videos. After several years, Kimbo Slice became part of EliteXC and headlining several shows on CBS. Then he became a member of the UFC promotion through “The Ultimate Fighter” show.
However, he was recently released from the UFC and now embarking his way to boxing. Kimbo Slice will be making his debut fight in his new career this weekend in Oklahoma against James Wade.

The play-by-play voice commentator, Gus Johns, leaves the CBS network.
Gus Johnson who is known as CBS mixed martial arts reporter was reported to leave the network. The news came from Richard Deitsch of Sports Illustrated, saying that Gus Johnson was set to leave after he failed to have a new contract in CBS. Rumors has not confirmed that the reporter might also leave Showtime where he is also a MMA and boxing commentator. Still, Gus Johnson will still be part in broadcasting the Manny Pacquiao vs Shane Mosley bout.

Strikeforce had Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller under contract, but refused to offer him a chance to fight without explaining why. Until the fighter’s contract expired and inked a new one under UFC did Mayhem learn of the reason. According to UFC President, Dana White, Jason Miller was banned from CBS – the owner of Showtime – for his contribution in last years post-fight brawl that exploded live in CBS in Nashville. Unfortunately, representatives from Showtime – Strikeforce’s TV partner – declined to comment on the situation.
Albeit no one told Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller, he obviously suspected. Hence, he made his way into the cage to challenge then-middleweight champion, Jake Shields, for a rematch. However, Mayhem was mobbed by the title holder’s camp. Jason Miller was one of the five fighters to be fined and suspended after the row. Rampage Jackson will be guesting in Craig Ferguson's the Late Late Show on Friday morning. The ex-champion will be discussing his fight next week with Lyoto Machida on UFC 123.
The former UFC cham and current UFC headliner Quinton “Rampage” Jackson is guesting on “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.” He will be discussing the UFC event on Friday morning.
Jackson will face Lyoto Machida on UFC 123, which will take place at the Palace of Auburn Hills in suburban Detroit. The event airs Nov. 20 on pay-per-view.
This will be Jackson’s first fight after losing to fello ex-champion Rashad Evans last May. Prior to that fight, rampage rebounded from a title loss to Forrest Griffin with wins over Wanderlei Silva and Keith Jardine.
Also joining “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” with Jackson is actress Juliette Lewis, who stars in “Due Date.”
