Going back to the country where he was born and a rise after a UFC loss brings big pressure for TUF 11 runner-up Kris McCray on this Saturday’s UFC 122 in Oberhausen, Germany.

“It’s a lot of pressure,” the German-born McCray said. “I’m over there in my hometown. I came from a good camp and everything. I want to perform well for my friends and family. So it’s a lot of pressure.”

Both are not a native of Germany, but they were on the scene for quite some time now. Savage and Ta Danado will have a Deutsch showdown, as they face each other on UFC 122 this coming November 13.

Growing up in Germany, Kris “Savage” McCray will unleash his tough-as-nails demeanor as he faces Carlos Eduardo Rocha on November 13 for UFC 122 welterweight bout. Before the show, the TUF 11 runner-up has been undefeated, but was cut short in the TUF finale against Court McGee. Dropping from 185lbs to 170lbs, McCray is intent to getting back on the winning track. Opposing McCray in the Deutschland will be the UFC newcomer Carlos Eduardo “Ta Danado” Rocha. Boasting a perfect 8-0 record, Ta Danado spent much of his career fighting in Germany. A submission specialist and Jiu Jitsu fighter, he is keen to keep his clean slate as what it is. Their bout is likely to be part of the un-televised undercard of the show. UFC 122 in Germany will air in US via same-day delay on November 13.
