Readers are in for another good stuff, as Fighting Insider gives you another set of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu videos! But it is definitely not the last. Are you becoming a mixed martial artist already?

Last week, Fighting Insider posted* five basic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu moves for those who want to learn the technique. This week, Fighting Insider is bringing another set of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu moves courtesy of Aaron Fruitstone.

Aaron Fruitstone is a sixth degree Tae Kwon Do black belt, as well as a Martial Arts instructor and competitor. He started his training under Master Mel Steiner in 1982. Aaron Fruitstone has written featured articles in Black Belt Magazine, and was featured in the film “Inner Peace”. He is the current wellness director of International Ch’ang Hon Taekwon-do Federation or ICTF.

Gaining world recognition in the 1990's, the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the many martial arts used in MMA. That's why Fighting Insider is bringing some basic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu moves for the aspiring fighters.

It is important for someone who aspires to be a mixed martial artist to learn some techniques. One of the famous martial arts used in MMA is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It is a martial art, combat sport and self-defense system that puts emphasis on grappling and ground fighting. The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu originated from the Japanese martial art of Kodokan Judo in the early 20th century. Gaining world fame in 1990 when Royce Gracie won the first ever Ultimate Fighting Championship, it teaches that a smaller and weaker person can defend himself against bigger and stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique.
