Kurt ‘Batman’ Pellegrino Suffers from Injury, Withdraws from Bellator 68

Former UFC veteran Kurt ‘Batman’ Pellegrino, suffers from knee injury, forced to withdraw from Bellator 68
Former UFC fighter, Kurt ‘Batman’ Pellegrino is forced to withdraw from the upcoming Bellator 68 bout, after suffering from a knee injury while training for his fight versus Marcin Held.
Pellegrino was supposed to retire after a series of losses in UFC, but was convinced by Bellator to fight again. This would have been Pellegrino’s second bout for Bellator. His first fight was during the Bellator 59, where he lost to Patricky Freire last November.
Bellator 68 is set to take place at the Caesars Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey on May 11. The main card event will be broadcasted live on on MTV2 while the prelim card is set to stream live at Spike.com.
