Antoni Hardonk Leaves MMA World to Go Full-Time Coaching

The eight-time UFC fighter and Dutch striker, Antoni Hardonk, has retired from professional mixed martial arts and plans to settle on coaching at his new gym in California.

Antoni Hardonk, who has an 8-6 pro MMA and a 10-5 pro kickboxing record, has finished his UFC career with a 4-4 mark. His remarkable fight was in 2008, when he won three consecutive fights by a knock out against Colin Robinson, Eddie Sanchez and Mike Wessel. However, the dark moment of his career is when he was defeated by Chieck Kongo in 2009, followed by a loss to Pat Barry in a ‘Fight of the Night’ performance.
