Evans called his former friend and training partner a ‘fake’ while Jones tries to ‘keep it classy’ and claims that there’s ‘nothing personal’ about their upcoming fight.

Nick Diaz tested positive for marijuana metabolites after his UFC 143 loss, to face disciplinary actions.
Former Strikeforce Welterweight Champion Nick Diaz has failed his UFC 143 post-fight drug screening and tested positive for marijuana.
NSAC Executive Director Keith Kizer announced on Thursday, that all the fighters were tested and came out clean except Diaz who tested positive for marijuana metabolites.
“All (UFC 143 drug test) results received thus far have been negative, except Mr. Diaz tested positive for marijuana metabolites. A complaint for disciplinary action against Mr. Diaz has been filed,”
This is not the first time for the former welterweight champ. In 2007, Diaz tested positive for marijuana following his Pride fight with Takanori Gomi.
Diaz, who recently suffered a disappointing loss to Carlos Condit, is likely to face suspension and fined.

We have the results from the recent UFC event, UFC 143: Diaz vs. Condit, an event which took place on Saturday, February 4th at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.
The event was highlighted by a welterweight bout between Nick Diaz and Carlos Condit. Condit, who replaced Diaz’s contender Georges St-Pierre because of an ACL injury, won the interim title via unanimous decision.

UFC heavyweight contender Alistair Overeem faces one count of misdemeanor battery after allegedly shoving a woman.
UFC heavyweight contender Alistair Overeem has been charged with one count of misdemeanor battery after allegedly shoving a woman in the face. The said incident took place at the Wynn Casino in Los Angeles on January 2nd, just days after the UFC 141: Lesnar vs. Overeem event.
Overeem, who is yet to comment on the issue, is accused of shoving a woman in the face, which caused her to “stagger back”. He is scheduled to appear in court on February 21, and will be represented by a well-known Las Vegas criminal defense lawyer, attorney David Chesnoff.
If proven guilty, Overeem could face a maximum sentence of six months in a detention center and a maximum of $1,000 fine.

Rashad Evans defeats Phil Davis while Chael Sonnen beats Michael Bisping via unanimous decision.
The results are in for UFC’s second broadcast on Fox. UFC on Fox 2 took place on Saturday, January 28 on at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. The event was highlighted by two light heavyweight title elimination matches and the much-awaited middleweight bout between Chael Sonnen and Michael Bisping.
Richard Evans went up against Phil Davis in a fight in a fight that lasted five rounds and won via unanimous decision while Chael Sonnen defeated Michael Bisping,
30-27, 29-28, and 29-28 on the judges’ scorecards.
