McGregor apologizes for the Rousey-Tate threesome tweet

Conor McGregor's fantasy threesome tweet didn't sit well with some MMA fans

Conor “The Notorious” McGregor extends his notoriety outside of the cage when he twitted a sexual joke that involves TUF coaches and . The fast talking featherweight prospect was answering regular tweets from followers until this question came his way.

“@TheNotoriousMMA one night before the world ends…Ronda or Miesha?”

McGregor could opt to ignore the question but to the surprise of many, he responded with a lyric from Dr. Dre’s “Let’s Get High” that he later regretted.

“@soundmangaz: @TheNotoriousMMA one night before the world ends…Ronda or Miesha?” One riidin d**k, one lickin ma toessssss” says McGregor.

McGregor is known for his funny antics by most MMA fans but apparently, his joke does not sit well with others and some questioned his respect towards other fighters. McGregor later deleted the tweet and issued an apology to Rousey and Tate.

“I would like to personally apologize to both Ronda Rousey and Miesha Tate. This morning I quoted a song on Twitter in an attempt to make a joke, which I now I see was totally unacceptable and offensive. I have infinite respect for Miesha and Ronda as individuals and as athletes. I have always been a big fan of women’s MMA and the incredible talented athletes that compete in the sport. I regret making this offensive comment and I sincerely apologize to anyone whom I offended, but especially Ronda and Miesha.”

Ronda Rousey, who is known for her temper seems to be unaware of the tweet. Meanwhile, her rival Miesha Tate already accepted McGregor’s apology through Twitter.
