Swedish newcomer Nicholas Musoke faces Alessio Sakara at UFC Fight Night 30
The Legionarius is looking to get back in the winning column against Swedish newcomer Nico Musoke at UFC Fight Night 30
Nicholas Musoke will be the latest addition to the main cards of the injury plagued UFC Fight Night 30. Alessio Sakara was supposed to take Tom Watson in the original line up of the cards but an injury forced Watson out of the event and he was replaced by Magnus Cedenblad. With three weeks remaining into the match, Sakara was left again without an opponent when Cedenblad suffered an injury just a few days ago. It was just announced today that Sakara will finally find his match in Nicholas Musoke.
Musoke, a training partner of Alexander Gustafsson will be looking for his 6th straight win in his octagon debut. He has an MMA record of 10-2-1 with 8 wins coming by stoppages.
Meanwhile, Sakara will try to snap his 3 fight losing streak against the Swedish newcomer. Sakara was winning his last fight against Patrick Cote but a series of blows to the back of Cote’s head forced the referee to disqualify Sakara. A rematch with Cote was immediately scheduled but Sakara pulled out due to a kidney illness. The said injury also sidelined him for the first half of 2013.
