Dos Santos and Mir, Set to Earn $200,000 in UFC 146

Nevada State Athletic Commission Executive Director Keith Kizer confirms UFC 146 payouts.
Both UFC 146 headliners heavyweight champion Junior Dos Santos and Frank Mir are set to receive $200,000, regardless of who wins at tomorrow’s maincard bout. Keith Kizer, Nevada State Athletic Commission’s Executive Director confirms this information.
Co-headliner and former champion Cain Velasquez, is set to receive $100,000 to show and an additional $100,000 bonus if he wins. While his contender, former Strikeforce fighter Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva, is only set to receive a flat salary of $70,000.
The figures that are disclosed by NSAC does not include salary deductions for items such as insurance, licenses and taxes and bonuses from sponsors, other special UFC bonuses and pay-per-view revenues that some top-level fighters receive.
Full UFC fighter’s salaries will be disclosed by the NSAC, next week.
