1. A fighter should eat more than five meals a day, and it should be every 3 – 4 hours to keep their ideal insulin level.
2. A fighter should include nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables and pasta in their diet plan. These type of foods contains useful minerals, vitamins, and fiber that enables your body to function effectively. In relation to this, Fight Diet Plan recommends that a fighter must regularly take 25 – 35 grams of high fiber.
3. A fighter should eat starchy foods like grain cereals and yam regularly in order to maintain their best energy level possible.
4. A fighter should also take multi-vitamins regularly in order to be certain that their body is absorbing the necessary nutrition it requires.
5. A toasted whole bread for snack before bedtime can be good. However, a fighter should not take carbohydrates because the body can have a hard time burning it during sleep.
6. Lastly, a fighter should drink a lot of water to keep his body hydrated.
