In Kettlebell Snatch, the most challenging part is getting the punch through at the end of the move correct. When done correctly, you can position the Kettlebell behind your wrist without getting bruises.

NOTE: You may need to practice this technique several times in order to get this right. You may use a very light weight Kettlebell in order to prevent excessive bruising, and to perfect the Kettlebell Snatch.
