Dan Henderson, Ready for the “Wrecking Machine” Fedor at Strikeforce
Dan Henderson is still expecting to face the Fedor Emelianenko on his best for the upcoming Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Henderson event on Saturday.
Fedor Emelianenko was thought before as an unbeatable fighter in MMA. He obtained 27 consecutive victories after he gets his first loss in a freak cut, 17 seconds into the bout. However, his winning streak was stopped by Fabricio Werdum through a submission, followed by a TKO loss against Antonio “Big Foot” Silva. The calls of “past his prime” and “over the hill” began to fly into the face of the 34 year old Russian fighter. However, Dan Henderson isn’t buying it.
Dan Henderson, the former two division champion, still believes that the former heavyweight kingpin still had a lot of power on his punches and have several tricks up his sleeve.
Readying for the Saturday’s Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Henderson, the latter is expecting for the same Fedor Emelianenko that was considered as a wrecking machine in Pride to stand against him.
