For a ticket price of only $25 (available at ShoWareCenter.com), viewers could also have the chance to see several main-card contests. This includes Lorenz Larkin (10-0 MMA, 1-0 SF) vs. Gian Villante (7-2 MMA, 0-1 SF), Jason High (13-3 MMA, 0-0 SF) vs. Quinn Mulhern (15-1 MMA, 0-0 SF), and Julia Budd (1-1 MMA, 1-1 SF) vs. Germaine de Randamie (2-1 MMA, 1-1 SF) for the female section. Match-ups that were announced recently, such as Antwain Britt vs. Danillo Villefort and Travis Bush vs. Yuri Villefort, are taken out of the event’s line up due to injuries.
Scott Coker, Strikeforce CEO, mentioned in a press release: “Washington has become a hotbed for mixed martial arts, and we’re excited to head back to Kent with this exciting card featuring local stars Caros Fodor and Ryan Couture. Our Challengers events have delivered some outstanding fights and we expect nothing less on Friday.”
