Phil Davis, to Dictate Fight Against Rashad Evans
Just like what he did to Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, Phil Davis will find a way to control his fight against Rashad Evans at UFC 133.
Phil Davis is once again stepping inside the Octagon to fill an injury void, following Jon Jones’ withdrawal from UFC 133 against Rashad Evans. Having a NCAA wrestling background to match his own, Rashad Evans is also considered to have better hands. That said, UFC’s go-to guy will have to work in order to keep his undefeated 9-0 record clean.
However, Phil Davis is not worried, pointing out that he will find a way to control the fight.
“I like to think I’m going to be the one controlling the pace of any fight. And I don’t think this will be any different. I will take this fight wherever it wants to go.”
