UFC 120: Giving More Seats
It seems like the level of support British fighters get from their fans is so unbelievable, that the 02 Arena has to reconfigure the seats for more upcoming fans. It's going to be a blistering night on October 16.
Featuring the three greatest Britons in the UFC History — Michael Bisping, Dan Hardy and John Hathaway — the UFC 120 has sold out its original seating plan. Fortunately for more fans, the UFC has worked with the 02 Arena to reconfigure the venue and allow more extra seats to be made available.
UFC 120 will bring the cream of the fighting crop at British Isles as eight British-born fighters will appear at the 02 Arena. Headlining the show is Michael Bisping, and will take on the Japanese Superstar Yoshihiro Akiyama. For the welterweight division, Dan hardy is setting his sights for another title shot as he meets Carlos Condit. More over, John Hathaway will fight against Mike Pyle in another welterweight showdown. Hard-hitting juggernauts Travis Browne and Cheick Kongo is also expected to quickly and emphatically end a heavyweight throw down in the event. And rounding off the main card is a welterweight clash between James Wilks and Claude Patrick.
The UFC is also pleased to announce six preliminary bouts, in addition to the high-profile main card matches. Curt Warburton is set to make his UFC debut, as he faces Spencer Fisher. Liverpool’s Paul Sass is also making his first appearance under the UFC banner, as he takes on Mark Holst. Also colliding in the UFC 120 are light heavyweight beanpole Cyrille Diabate and Alexander Gustafsson.
