Raphael Assuncao vs LC Davis for WEC 52

Finally, we have the wild fight card for the WEC 52 that will take place November. We have a Raphael Assuncao VS LC Davis fight to watch out for.
A featherweight match between Raphael Assuncao (14-3 MMA, 2-2 WEC) and L.C. Davis (16-3 MMA, 3-1 WEC) is now official for next month’s WEC 52 event. The fight card is set for the Nov.11 event at the The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
The night’s main card will be aired on versus though there are speculations that Assuncao vs Davis is expected to be part of the night’s preliminary card that will not be aired.
Davis recently had a three-fight WEC win from a technical submission loss to Josh Grispi at WEC 49. Prior to that, he posted a string of decision victories over Javier Vazquez, Diego Nunes and Deividas Taurosevicius under the WEC banner.
Assuncao is now fighting for his life. He signed the WEC in 2009 and had decision wins over Jameel Massouh and Yves Jabouin to extend his win to six. But he has been tapped out by Urijah Faber on WEC 46 and a split decision loss to Nunes last June via WEC 49.
