Jorge Rivera vs Alessio Sakara for UFC 122 Official

A middleweight fight with a definite potential for success is now official for UFC 122.
UFC officials announced this weekend the authenticity of the fight between Jorge Rivera (18-7 MMA, 8-5 UFC) and Alessio Sakara (15-7 MMA, 6-4 UFC) for UFC 122.
Feature on the show as well is the 185-pound contenders Nate Marquardt and Yushin Okami fight, UFC 122 will take place Nov. 13 at Konig Pilsener Arena in Oberhausen, Germany.The night’s main card will air via same-day delay on Spike TV.
The fight between Rivera and Sakara was expected to take place at UFC 118 in August. Rivera was forced to withdraw from the card after being injured. Sakara was then appointed to fight Gerald Harris, but the latter also was injured. He was also forced to withdraw from the fight.
Meanwhile, Rivera earned just medium success over a 5-5 record in his first 10 UFC bouts, “El Conquistador” has undergone a resurgence as of late with three-straight UFC wins.
On the other hand, Sakara also seeks his fourth-straight victory. After fighting through a rough 1-3 stretch in the UFC in 2007, Sakara has scored KO wins over Joe Vedepo and James Irvin and a split-decision win over Thales Leites.
