Krzysztof Soszynski vs Goran Reljic on UFC 122 in Germany
UFC 122 Germany is here and Krzysztof Soszynski is fighting against Goran Reljic.
The return of Goran Reljicin the lightweight division includes a fight with Krzysztof Soszynski. Reljic (8-2 MMA, 1-2 UFC) is expected to fight Krzysztof Soszynski (21-10-1, 4-2 UFC) at UFC 122. But there is no announcement yet. The UFC 122 takes place Nov. 13 at the Konig Pilsener Arena in Oberhausen, Germany.
Reljic had just returned on the 205 division after the unsuccessful two-fight attempt on the middleweight class. His whereabouts are subject of speculations to his recent fights. After his successful UFC debut on UFC 84 in which he tapped down veteran Wilson Gouveia, he was then scheduled to fight Thales Leites at UFC 90. But he was forced to withdraw due to back injury.
He suddenly disappeared from the octagon, though he made it unto the headlines when he saved two men from drowning on November 2008 at Privlaka. He was undefeated at light heavyweight before he step down a weight class.
On the other hand, Soszynski is rebuilding after the recent rematch fight with Stephan Bonnar at UFC 116. The fight was due to the doctor’s stoppage victory last February at UFC 110. He won the first frame of rematch but took a loss a knee set up on the second at UFC 116.
